We read every application by hand. If we can fit you in this week, you get a 30-minute call slot. If we can't, we say so straight, and tell you when we can.
Do I need to know which workflow I want before applying?
A rough idea helps. You don't need a spec or a brief. On the first call we walk through the work that's slowing you down and pick the one with the cleanest 48-hour shape. If nothing fits, we say so and that's that.
What does the first call cover?
Thirty minutes. We learn the workflow, agree the metric the milestone payment is tied to, and confirm access to the systems we'll need. If we both want to proceed, you sign and we start within 48 hours.
